You will oversee senior squads working on multidisciplinary projects while guiding the modernization of systems, including the transition from monolithic architectures to microservices. You will also champion quality, scalability, security, data-driven decision-making, and observability across web and mobile solutions. By integrating automation and generative AI into development workflows, you will help improve engineering efficiency and product delivery.
