Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Planejamento de Manutenções Pesadas e Controle de Produção based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced aviation maintenance leader to oversee the strategic planning and management of heavy aircraft maintenance operations. In this role, you will ensure fleet availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with strict aviation safety standards. You will coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance schedules while optimizing aircraft downtime and resource allocation. Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Fleet Planning, and Operations teams, you will drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. You will also lead and develop high-performing teams, leveraging data, technology, and performance indicators to improve decision-making.
