Field Service Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Service Engineer based in India. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and availability of advanced medical imaging and diagnostic equipment. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance services across multiple healthcare technologies, including Cath Lab, MRI, CT, and X-Ray systems. Working directly with healthcare customers, you will ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. You will investigate technical issues, manage service requests, and contribute to resolving customer escalations. Through proactive preparation and effective problem-solving, you will help maximize first-visit resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
