AI Performance Video Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Performance Video Designer based in Brazil. We are looking for a creative, performance-oriented video designer with hands-on experience producing compelling paid-social advertising content. This role combines AI-powered visual generation, video editing, storytelling, and creative strategy to deliver high-quality ads for sophisticated brands. You will own the complete production process, from developing concepts and attention-grabbing hooks to generating visual assets and delivering polished final videos. The role offers creative variety, with opportunities to explore photorealistic AI-generated content, animation, claymation, and mixed-media formats. You will create assets for both B2B and corporate audiences and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. This is an opportunity to combine creative experimentation with a strong understanding of advertising performance and audience engagement.
