Quản lý mua hàng và đặt hàng (Procurement Administration)  - Thực hiện quy trình mua hàng từ tiếp nhận yêu cầu đến hoàn tất cung ứng theo quy định của Công ty.  - Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và quản lý nhà cung cấp; thực hiện thu thập, phân tích và đề xuất lựa chọn báo giá phù hợp.  - Theo dõi tình trạng đơn hàng, giao nhận hàng hóa và hồ sơ mua hàng nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng nhu cầu hoạt động.  - Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến nhà cung cấp, hàng hóa, chứng từ, hợp đồng và thanh toán  2. Công việc hành chính (Administration)  - Quản lý hồ sơ, chứng từ và dữ liệu liên quan theo quy định của Công ty.  - Hỗ trợ các công tác hành chính, vận hành và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả.  - Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Quản lý.  - Có thể thực tập trong 6 tháng. - Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp các ngành Kinh tế, Quản Trị Kinh Doanh, Hoá Học, Công nghệ thực phẩm và các ngành liên quan. - Có khả năng sắp xếp công việc được giao. - Vi tính văn phòng tương đối trung bình khá. - Công ty có hỗ trợ nhà ở miễn phí All your information will be kept confidential according to privacy policy.
