Job Description: - Must have experience as HR Manager, managing 100 to 200 Employees. - Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent  Recruitment experience (ex - Node js) - Campus recruitment experience - Experience in Appraisals - Excellent communication skills & people management,Orientation, communication, training, empowering, reporting, Human capital resource management.Desired skills and Experience: - Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR. - Good understanding of Team management - Minimum 4-7 Years of experience  and Should be a Graduate in  MBA-HR discipline. - Excellent presentation & communication skills Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation is not a constraint for suitable candidate - Since this is an urgent requirement, we prefer and appreciate people who can join us early Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR.
