World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.  About the Team On the Mobile team, the goal is to give sellers everything they need to work their pipeline when they're away from their desk: their daily tasks, calls, email, SMS, meetings, deal insights and an AI assistant. We own Outreach's native iOS and Android apps end to end. That includes a voice dialer built on Twilio, CallKit and Android's Telecom framework, real-time messaging, conversation recordings, forecasting, and Ask Outreach, our AI assistant. Many of our customers are large enterprises that manage their devices with Microsoft Intune, so the bar on security, reliability and privacy is high. As our Senior Staff Engineer, you'll be the technical lead for mobile across both platforms. You'll guide the design of our feature work, estimate and plan it with product and engineering leadership, and drive it from kickoff to the App Store and Google Play. Both apps have grown fast, so you'll also set the technical direction: modern architecture, a predictable release process and quality you can measure, planned alongside the roadmap rather than instead of it. You'll help build a mobile engineering culture that the rest of Outreach can lean on. We have plenty of tough challenges which require creative minds like yours to help us solve!
