That covers the handoffs where the WMS meets the yard, the dock, the TMS and the ERP, and where most of the manual exception work still lives.   Loadsmart builds the systems of record for transportation and the dock: ShipperGuide (TMS) and OpenDock (dock, yard and gate scheduling). On top of them sits Loadsmart AI, a layer of agents that handle tendering, tracking, documents, scheduling, audits and claims for enterprise shippers.
