We're looking for the right attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn.   WHAT YOU'LL DO As part of our sales team, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance coverage that meets their needs while contributing to the continued growth of the agency. Your responsibilities will include: - Generate new business opportunities through agency-provided leads, outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach. - Connect with prospective customers, understand their priorities, and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. - Prepare quotes, explain policy options, and support the sale of Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other available insurance products. - Develop lasting customer relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and future business. - Work toward individual sales targets while supporting the agency's overall growth objectives. - Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.   WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking someone who brings energy, determination, and a genuine desire to grow professionally.
