Roofing Service Foreman Pasco, WA Flynn Group of Companies $35-50/hr DOE Job Summary: As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew’s production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems including applied Modified Bitumen, EPDM., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories. Benefits - Competitive wages - Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer‑paid premiums - Vacation & holiday pay - Life and AD&D Insurance - Wellness perks, including select gym memberships - 401k w/company match - We provide all required tools and PPE - Company vehicle is used for transportation to job sites - Free uniforms that are laundered for you - Opportunities for career advancement Daily Responsibilities - Install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) - Complete and delegate day-to-day activities - Successfully train and provide support to the team - Maintain quality installation of all assigned projects - Complete required documentation, PILL, inspection sheets, safety trainings, crew’s time sheets, etc. - Meet production goals within a given deadline - Problem-solve and resolve issues that may arise during a project - Follow and enforce safety standards Qualifications & Requirements - 5+ years’ experience with installation and repairs of flat-roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs) - Valid Driver’s License with a 5-year clean driving record is a requirement - Ability to perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog) - Knowledge of commercial roofing products, can order correct materials, tools, & equipment - Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, train employees, etc. - Able to utilize mobile phone apps to document project completion 11/4/2026 #LI-DNI
