Join us! We are looking for an engaging and detail-oriented Membership Manager (m/f) to nurture and grow the community at Aethos Lisbon. Reporting directly to the Membership Director, the role owns the full membership lifecycle and ensures every member feels known and valued from the moment they apply. On the acquisition side, you will manage applications, host property tours, and assess candidates to keep the community balanced. On the retention side, you will build lasting relationships, monitor engagement and renewals, and work closely with events, operations, and marketing to deliver a warm, seamless experience.
