With our brands AUTO1.com, wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero, we are revolutionizing the used car market and developing the best way to buy and sell cars. - Monitor the entire process from vehicle purchase to loan settlement, including contract management, uploading and forwarding contract documents to the relevant departments, handling contract amendments, vehicle deregistration, and other administrative processes required for the further processing of the vehicle. - Handle customer inquiries regarding the settlement of financed or leased vehicles, as well as any related documentation. - Act as the main point of contact between private customers, banks, and leasing companies. - Handle a variety of customer service tasks through both phone and email communication.   - Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude while using strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service - Completed commercial or business-related education is an advantage. -  Previous experience in vehicle financing is a plus, but career changers are welcome. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations. - Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.). - Excellent German skills at native-speaker level (C1/C2). - Good English skills. - Experience with the Austrian market is preferred.
