We serve patients in all 50 states, with a consistent flow of referrals. ⭐ THE POSITION Location: Fully remote | Schedule: Set your own hours, any day of the week We’re hiring independently licensed therapists for part-time or full-time roles, paid per session: - 1099 contractor: starting at 15 hours per week - W2 employee: starting at 25 hours per week, with full benefits 💙 WHAT WE OFFER - Support when you need it. Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer match. 💻 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth - Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs - Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you - Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes - Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders 📋 QUALIFICATIONS - Active, independent clinical license in Alabama: LICSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent - Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy - Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred - Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records - Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way) ✅ WHO THRIVES AT SAILOR - You care about the mission.
