We’re a national leader in a movement called value-base care which aims to improve treatment outcomes and keep costs down. Our internal culture is one that promotes respect and consistently recognizes the impact that individual employees have on the mission of the organization.
Position Summary: Lead the team. Build clinical confidence. Keep everyone moving together. Revere Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys coaching others, strengthening clinical skills, and helping a team deliver consistent, high-quality patient care. This clinically focused supervisor role emphasizes staff development and day-to-day clinical support.
Essential Job Functions: What you’ll do: Lead monthly clinical trainings to keep the team current on policy changes, clinical protocols, EMR updates, and consistent workflows. Coach and mentor Medical Assistants, providing hands-on instruction and competency validation for essential clinical skills. Support safe, efficient patient care by improving rooming workflows, reinforcing documentation standards, and promoting infection control and regulatory compliance. Connect the team with providers and leadership, communicating updates and helping resolve day-to-day clinical concerns. Participate in clinical staff interviews as needed and provide patient care coverage when staffing needs arise, secondary to your supervisor responsibilities. We’re looking for a confident, approachable clinical leader who communicates clearly, fosters teamwork, and helps others succeed. Success in this role means a well-trained, informed team working together to provide excellent patient care.
Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant. Previous experience in a leadership role, such as a Lead Medical Assistant, Supervisor, or Charge role, with experience managing clinical workflows and staff performance. Current BLS and CPR certification is mandatory. Interpersonal skills with the ability to lead conflict resolution among staff and address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy. Able to remain calm, organized, and decisive in a high-volume, fast-paced primary care environment.
