About the role
Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.
We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.
An experienced governance leader who has operated within an acquisitive/consolidator wealth management business and has successfully led a distributed Company Secretarial function.
The Group Company Secretary will lead the company secretarial and corporate governance function across Titan, providing high-quality governance advice and support to the Group Board, subsidiary boards, Board Committees and senior management.
This is a leadership position with responsibility for developing and maintaining an effective, proportionate and consistent governance framework across a complex and evolving wealth management group. The role will lead and coordinate company secretarial colleagues working across different parts of the Titan business, establishing clear Group standards whilst recognising the legal, regulatory and governance responsibilities of individual entities and their Boards.
A critical requirement of the role is significant previous experience within a consolidator wealth management, financial planning or investment management group, preferably one that has grown materially through acquisition. The successful candidate will understand the governance challenges created by multiple legal entities, regulated businesses, acquisitions and integration, and will have demonstrable experience of leading a company secretarial team in such an environment.
