Typical tasks are: - Handling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies - Managing, maintaining and keeping an overview of the company’s technological equipment including the monitoring of budget and compliance with internal IT workplace policies - Creating and reviewing current processes to establish an efficient IT Service Point - Supporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints - Finding solutions for complex and non-standard requests - Informing our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field - Supporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager’s and user’s perspective Get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and can also bring in your own new ideas which will help us to grow and improve.
