Job Overview:  Reporting to the SVP, Technology Operations & AI Enablement, the Salesforce Platform Engineer helps build Salesforce into NobleReach’s data intelligence layer: the trusted source that connects program, relationship, event, and engagement data for both people and AI agents. The role starts as a key contributor to our migration from Salesforce Government Cloud, working alongside Salesforce and our implementation partner, and grows into a hands-on internal resource for configuration, integrations, user adoption, and AI capabilities, including Agentforce. Over time, the work shifts from mostly platform administration toward a more balanced mix of platform and AI engineering.
