Synaptic Management is seeking an organized, creative, and people-focused Marketing and Brand Coordinator to support marketing execution across our portfolio of companies. This role owns presentations, brochures, newsletters, event materials, merchandise, and other non-social brand collateral while coordinating the people, approvals, vendors, and timelines required to complete each project. This is not a behind-the-scenes-only marketing position. You will interact with employees, company leaders, vendors, customers, and creative partners while helping coordinate content, events, merchandise, campaigns, and marketing materials across our growing portfolio of companies. The right person is naturally outgoing, comfortable approaching people, and confident, bringing energy to photo shoots, videos, events, and collaborative projects. You should enjoy building relationships, keeping people engaged, and following up to ensure projects move from conversation to completion. If you are the kind of person who can energize a room, organize the details, and make sure the final product looks great, this role may be a strong fit for you. Key Responsibilities Content Production and Creative Direction - Coordinate photo and video schedules, participants, locations, props, products, and required approvals with the Photographer and Social Media Managers. - Capture engaging photo and video content featuring employees, customers, events, products, and company initiatives. - Help employees and other participants feel comfortable and energized while appearing on camera. - Confidently approach people throughout the organization to identify stories and content opportunities. Brand Collateral and Design - Create and update presentations, brochures, booklets, newsletters, flyers, signage, sales materials, event collateral, employee materials, and other branded assets. - Translate approved messaging and project requirements into clear, professional layouts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. - Prepare files for digital use, internal distribution, professional printing, and vendor production. - Proofread materials and confirm that names, dates, offers, locations, contact information, links, and required disclosures are accurate before approval. - Maintain current templates and brand assets for each company and remove outdated versions from circulation. Marketing Packages and Collateral - Help develop and maintain marketing packages for company products, services, campaigns, and initiatives. - Coordinate with different departments to understand their marketing needs and recommend appropriate materials. - Organize digital and physical marketing assets to keep them current and easy to access. - Track revisions and ensure outdated materials are removed from circulation. - Maintain brand consistency across multiple companies and audiences. Company Merchandise and Branded Packages - Develop approved merchandise concepts and coordinate sourcing, pricing, samples, ordering, inventory, assembly, and distribution. - Coordinate branded packages, promotional items, new-hire materials, employee incentives, sponsorship materials, and event supplies. - Coordinate schedules, merchandise, signage, promotional materials, activities, and event logistics. - Help plan and coordinate team-building activities, holiday parties, customer appreciation events, sponsorships, community initiatives, and other company events. - Help create an energetic, welcoming, and memorable experience for attendees. - Track vendor quotes, production deadlines, quantities, delivery dates, and final costs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree. - Previous experience in marketing, communications, content production, event coordination, hospitality, public relations, or a related field preferred. - Outgoing and personable, with the confidence to approach new people and initiate conversations. - Comfortable working in a visible, people-facing role. - Comfortable appearing on camera, conducting informal interviews, and directing others during content production. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. - Strong eye for branding, visual presentation, and engaging content. - Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content, and fundamental marketing practices. - Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable communicating with vendors, employees, company leaders, and external partners. - Creative, resourceful, and willing to share ideas. - Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive about following up and moving projects forward. - Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change. - Able to receive direction and feedback while independently taking ownership of assigned projects. What Success Looks Like - Employees and stakeholders enjoy working with you and respond positively to your communication and energy. - You actively identify content opportunities instead of waiting for every assignment. - Photo shoots, videos, events, and collaborative projects feel organized and engaging. - Marketing projects continue moving forward because you communicate, follow up, and maintain accountability. - Content and branded materials are polished, accurate, and consistent across the organization. - Company events and employee engagement initiatives are welcoming, memorable, and professionally executed. - The Marketing Manager and creative team can rely on you to bring both organization and energy to the department.
