At least 4 yrs of experience in preparing the Test Plan documents for major projects   At least 4 years of hands on combined experience in Manual Functional, Regression, Automation and End to End testing of Web-based, Desktop & Mainframe applications. At least 4  yrs of experience in writing Test cases covering all the business functionalities. At least 2 years of  experience in automation tools viz. QuickTest Pro (HP-QTP) At least 2 years of experience of preparing Test Approach/Test Strategy documents At least one year of experience in performing End to End testing involving multiple channels and stake holders Hands-on experience in preparing  the Regression test suite Very good understanding of the test data management Basic knowledge of Trading domain and Trade life cycle (different asset types) Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
