Job Role: Electrical Engineer Location: Imlay City, Michigan Job Duration: Full Time Only US Citizens and GC holders only Minimum Requirements: BS degree in Electrical Engineering. 4 years engineering design experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. Exposure to mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical routines as related to the manufacture and design of heavy vehicles and/or mobile equipment. Working knowledge of Multiplex design/configuartion, Controller Area Network (CAN BUS) and J1939 Protocol. Thorough understanding of design and drafting techniques, manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, DFMA processes and Brainstorming techniques. Preferred Requirements: 7 years engineering design experience. Experience with Multiplexing technology. Knowledge of MRP systems preferred. Knowledge of circuit boards, processor, chips, and electronic test equipment. Knowledge of PLC programming helpful.
