Solution Architect - Deadline 11/11/26

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed technical architectures and implementation guidelines for digital solutions. • Produce high-level technical blueprints, component designs, and microservices-based architectures. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies. • Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical options. • Define non-functional requirements related to scalability, quality, maintainability, and security. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during design and implementation. • Conduct technical reviews and contribute to code and architecture review activities. • guide teams in applying architecture standards, development standards, and quality controls. • Support the alignment of technical solutions with governance, interoperability, and security requirements. • Contribute to decision-making on technical direction and implementation approaches. • Design and implement integration patterns based on REST, SOAP, JMS, and eventdriven approaches. • Define and document APIs, including API contracts and interface specifications. • Design and implement asynchronous messaging and streaming solutions. • Implement and maintain workflow and business process solutions using BPMN engines such as Camunda. • Ensure integration components are robust, scalable, and maintainable. • Oversee and contribute to back-end services and business logic using Java and Spring technologies. • Support front-end architecture and implementation using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. • Design and optimise persistence layers, relational schemas, and database queries. • Ensure coherent integration between front-end, back-end, and database components. • Establish and enforce continuous code quality practices, including SonarQube quality gates. • Contribute to CI/CD setup and improvement for build, test, and deployment automation. • Support unit and integration testing approaches and promote maintainable software delivery practices. • Work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to iterative delivery and continuous improvement. SPECIFIC EXPERTISE • Experience in AGILE/Scrum method, requirements gathering, organising backlog, defining acceptance criteria • Experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or system design activities involving technical specifications • Experience in APIs and web services and contract definition: REST and/or SOAP • Experience in observability, quality and compliance tools: SonarQube • Experience in DevSecOps tooling, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines: Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab • Experience in webservers: WebLogic and/or Apache Tomcat • Experience in relational databases: ORACLE, SQL query language • Experience in front-end frameworks and languages: Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS • Experience in back-end languages and frameworks: Java, Spring, Hibernate. • Experience in even driven integration and workflow technologies: JMS, Camunda, Kafka SKILLS: • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and design scalable, sustainable solutions. • Ability to analyse and structure complex business requirements • Ability to support Agile Scrum delivery activities and iterative project environments • Flexibility to evolve architectures in response to new technologies and priorities. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and meet delivery timelines. • Capacity to quickly ramp-up on new projects and competence in collaborating within teams. • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication. • Ability in applying security and cloud best practices. • Proficiency in integrating front/back-end builds into CI/CD pipelines.
