And we’re looking for a Podcast Operations Virtual Assistant to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Create short-form content from recorded podcast or other video/audio recordings. - Edit and produce reels and other short-form content for social media platforms. - Repurpose existing content for different social media platforms. - Organize and schedule content to maintain a consistent publishing schedule. - Support content planning and publishing activities. - Maintain the brand's communication style and ensure content aligns with its established voice. - Assist with content-related operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Experience in short-form video editing and content creation. - Ability to create engaging reels and repurpose existing recordings into social media content. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content schedules. - Attention to detail and consistency in content production. - Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style. - Willingness to learn the company's content approach, hooks, and low-pressure calls to action. - Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.
