Devops - Internship

We're looking for a DevOps Intern to improve our Product infrastructure. You will: - Streamline developer workflows by optimizing CI/CD pipelines and maintaining containerized local development environments that your teammates actually enjoy using - Modernize our cloud infrastructure by provisioning and securing AWS resources with Infrastructure as Code — building for reliability and least-privilege from day one - Accelerate AI/ML training pipelines by containerizing GPU environments, automating compute provisioning, and cutting the time between experiment and insight - Drive cloud cost efficiency by monitoring spend and utilization across compute and storage, and surfacing concrete savings through rightsizing and smart lifecycle policies - Improve system reliability by implementing observability tooling that tracks GPU metrics, application health, and fires the right alerts before things break What you should bring to the team: - Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Hands-on experience or coursework with command-line tooling - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and at least one pipeline tool (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) - Basic understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration concepts (Kubernetes is a plus) - Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks The "Nice-to-haves": - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) How you work: - Curious and proactive — you dive into problems independently before asking for help - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift - Clear communicator who can flag blockers early and document what you learn - Eager to take ownership of real tasks, not just shadow work Our Tech Stack = Your Tech Stack - Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Three.js - Backend & APIs: Node.js, Python, FastAPI, WebSockets - Data & Databases: PostgreSQL - Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS - A mission that matters: we're improving dental care and making higher-quality dentistry accessible to everyone, globally - A fast-growing company where your growth goes hand-in-hand with ours — real impact, real ownership, and skills in the technologies of the future - A driven and collaborative team that believes in making work fun - Fun team culture: after-works, bi-weekly sports, hackathons, retreats
