Are you someone who enjoys creating great experiences for guests? In this varied Food & Beverage role, no two days are the same. You'll be working across both our breakfast service and bar operations, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and well looked after. In the morning, you'll help guests start their day on a positive note. You'll prepare and maintain our breakfast buffet, serve fresh coffee with a smile, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. During the afternoon and evening, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar. From preparing drinks and serving light meals to having a chat with guests, you'll play an important role in creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities include: - Welcoming and serving guests with genuine hospitality - Preparing and serving drinks and simple food dishes - Setting up, presenting, and replenishing the breakfast buffet - Ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are clean, organized, and inviting - Creating a positive atmosphere where guests feel at home - Working together with colleagues to deliver excellent service Every shift brings new guests, new experiences, and new opportunities to make someone's day a little brighter.
