VP Global Demand & Delivery

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Global Demand & Delivery based in Netherlands. This is a senior global planning leadership opportunity within a fast-growing international defense technology environment. The role is responsible for connecting commercial demand with production capacity across a growing, multi-site manufacturing network in Europe and the United States. You will establish a reliable view of future bookings and translate evolving sales forecasts into actionable production plans. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and site leadership, you will help ensure that resources, materials, and manufacturing schedules are aligned with business priorities. You will also identify capacity constraints, improve coordination between facilities, and support strategic decisions as the production footprint expands. This is an opportunity to build a global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) capability from the ground up in a dynamic, mission-driven industry.
