Senior Staff Attorney, Litigation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney, Litigation based in the United States. The Senior Staff Attorney will play a leading role in complex, high-impact litigation aimed at protecting civil rights and holding public institutions accountable. Working with local government partners and a nationwide network of advocates, you will develop and lead cases addressing abuses of power by federal and state authorities, as well as private actors. The role combines strategic legal analysis, courtroom advocacy, case management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You will oversee litigation from initial case development through resolution, while advising government clients on legal, political, and practical considerations. As a senior member of a fully remote litigation team, you will help shape legal strategies affecting communities and public interests across the country. This position reports to the Litigation Director and requires occasional travel for hearings, conferences, and organizational events.
