Manager, Workday Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Workday Integrations based in the United States. As Manager, Workday Integrations, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing the organization's global HR technology ecosystem. You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations across multiple HR functions, including Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Compensation. Combining hands-on technical expertise with functional knowledge, you will transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Security, and external technology partners, you will ensure seamless data flows and reliable system performance. You will also drive technical innovation, automation, and continuous improvement while supporting the evolution of the HR technology roadmap. This is a fully remote opportunity within the United States, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
