Maintenance Strategy Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Maintenance Strategy Manager based in the United States. The Maintenance Strategy Manager will develop and lead the maintenance strategy across a portfolio of data centers, strengthening equipment reliability, operational consistency, and long-term asset performance. This role translates reliability analysis into practical maintenance strategies, standardized procedures, and task schedules that guide how critical equipment is maintained. A key priority is leading the transition from outsourced maintenance services to qualified internal teams through a structured, readiness-driven approach. Working closely with technical training, engineering, EHS, vendors, and site leadership, the manager will ensure maintenance scopes are supported by approved procedures, appropriate tools, and qualified technicians. The position also oversees strategic vendor relationships, maintenance standards, and reliability performance across multiple sites. This is a remote U.S.-based opportunity with travel to data center locations as needed.
