Lead Project Manager – Grid Automation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Project Manager – Grid Automation based in the United States. The Lead Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of complex grid automation projects, managing the entire project lifecycle from tender preparation through final warranty close-out. This role covers a broad portfolio of solutions, including protection relays, substation and distribution automation, monitoring and diagnostics, and related systems and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring projects meet their objectives in terms of safety, quality, scope, budget, and delivery schedules. Working closely with multidisciplinary and international teams, you will drive operational excellence, manage risks, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. The position also offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, support commercial activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity with approximately 20% travel to customer sites and project locations.
