Freelance Event Planner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Event Planner based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Freelance Event Planner to independently manage the delivery of high-impact corporate events from initial handoff through final wrap-up. You will take ownership of events that have already been sold and creatively designed, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly and professionally. Working closely with clients, vendors, production teams, and other event partners, you will coordinate schedules, logistics, budgets, and on-site operations. This project-based opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who can balance client relationships with hands-on event execution. The immediate need runs through December 2026, with potential for additional projects during future peak seasons. Strong performance may also lead to consideration for more permanent opportunities as the organization grows.
