Commercial Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Counsel based in the United States. The Commercial Counsel will join a high-impact legal team, providing strategic legal and commercial support across enterprise SaaS, software, and technology transactions. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing complex agreements while balancing business priorities with legal protection and risk management. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Security, and Procurement teams to facilitate successful commercial outcomes. You will also contribute to privacy-related matters, advising on data processing, security requirements, and evolving regulatory obligations.
