Main Purpose of Job The Field Operator supports the Team leader ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Pre-Treatment Plant in the production of bio diesel. The Field Operator will work a 4 on, 6 off, 12 hour shift system which includes 2 days and 2 nights. What you will do? - Working as part of a shift team ensuring KPI targets are met. - Ensuring HSEQ compliance by setting high standards in the team and ensuring issues or events raised are recorded and actioned. - Working with the Team Leader/Senior Operator to troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them promptly, coordinating with other departments as needed. - Maintaining accurate records of plant operations, including quality logs, detailed verbal handovers and incident reporting on SHE app - Ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out on plant equipment according to the predefined schedule and apply safe systems of work - Lab Analysis as required to ensure effective process control and measurement.
