Sr. AR Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist based in the United States. The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing customer accounts and supporting the financial performance of a growing beverage business. You will oversee an assigned portfolio of high-value customers, managing approximately $3 million in accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment collection. Working closely with customer accounts payable teams, Sales, and Operations, you will deliver tailored billing support and build strong commercial relationships. The role combines account management, financial analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving across multiple internal and external systems. You will also identify payment trends, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues at their root cause to reduce revenue loss. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to cash flow, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role is fully remote, with working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
