Sr Program Specialist - Construction, Fire or BAS Background

As a Senior Program Specialist, you will oversee complex, multi-year, multisite construction programs, ensuring successful project execution from initial planning and design through testing, closeout, and service handover. You will coordinate multiple projects, lead cross-functional teams, and manage subcontractors to deliver contractual commitments on time and within budget. Working closely with senior program leadership, project managers, and customers, you will monitor progress, resolve operational challenges, and mitigate delivery risks. Your expertise in construction management and fire alarm systems will be essential to maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
