Senior QA Engineer – ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to drive quality assurance and ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will lead testing strategies, develop automated testing frameworks, and validate complex platform implementations, integrations, and upgrades. You will work closely with architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, and product stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The position offers opportunities to leverage ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), modern DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency and minimize production risks.
