Our partner is looking for a Legal Project Manager, Employment Litigation & Discovery based in the United States. The Legal Project Manager, Employment Litigation & Discovery will play a key role in supporting corporate legal teams through complex employment litigation and discovery matters. This position combines litigation support, electronic discovery management, and end-to-end legal project coordination. You will oversee multiple matters from initial case setup through document collection, review, and production, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Working closely with attorneys, HR, IT, compliance teams, and external counsel, you will coordinate resources, manage deadlines, and proactively address potential risks. The role also involves improving discovery workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high standards of client service.
