Chief Product Officer (CPO)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) based in Spain. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and development for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture. This is an opportunity to shape an innovative financial offering combining digital assets with traditional banking services. You will define the product vision, establish the roadmap, and translate customer needs into competitive, intuitive solutions. Working closely with executive and technology leadership, you will oversee product development from initial concept through launch and growth. The role spans B2B and B2C markets, covering digital wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, payment cards, and banking solutions. You will also build the product function and establish the foundations for a scalable, customer-focused business.
