Occupational Therapist

About the Role We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this community-based role, you'll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes through high-quality assessments, tailored interventions, and person-centred care. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients every day. In this role you will be… - Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to each client's individual goals and needs. - Conduct functional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions within clients' homes and the community. - Collaborate with Case Managers, GPs, Allied Health professionals and other key stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes. - Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for funding bodies including NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Home Care Providers. - Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. - Demonstrate our values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in every client interaction.What's in It for You?
