Welder

The candidate will be responsible for joining metal components using various welding processes while ensuring productivity, workmanship, and workplace safety. - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S standards. - Perform welding operations using MIG/TIG & other approved welding processes. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and welding specifications. - Prepare materials, components, and welding equipment  - Ensure weld quality meets specified standards and customer requirements. - Inspect welded parts for defects and perform rework when required. - Maintain welding equipment in good condition and report any abnormalities. - Achieve daily production targets  - Have knowledge about - UT & VT ) Ultra test & Visual Test) - Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. - Maintain accurate production and inspection records as required. ITI &/or Diploma in Welding with min 5  years experience.  Experience from Vale & actuator industry is preferred   - Strict adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements. - Compliance with company quality, environmental, and housekeeping standards. - Participation in safety trainings and audits. - Basic knowledge of quality and safety standards. - Good teamwork and communication skills
