Senior Project Manager - Oncology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Oncology based in Canada. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex oncology clinical trials across Phases I–IV, overseeing every stage from study start-up through close-out. This remote opportunity combines strategic project leadership with financial, operational, and client management responsibilities. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure studies meet their objectives for quality, timelines, scope, and budget. As a key point of contact for clients, you will build trusted relationships and support effective collaboration across global teams. The role requires strong judgment, proactive risk management, and the ability to resolve challenges in a dynamic clinical research environment. You will contribute directly to the successful delivery of clinical development programs and research that helps advance new therapies for patients.
