As a Senior M365 Software Developer, you will design, build, test, and maintain commercial software solutions using C#/.NET and Microsoft 365 technologies. You will play a key role in introducing AI coding agents and secure agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery practices. Combining hands-on development with technical leadership, you will guide teammates and help establish consistent, AI-assisted development standards. Working alongside engineering, product, quality assurance, and support teams, you will contribute to reliable solutions used by organizations worldwide.
