Senior Business Systems Analyst – Billing & Quote to Cash

Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Billing & Quote to Cash based in Brazil. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise billing applications and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within a global technology environment. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to enhance processes spanning quoting, ordering, product configuration, billing, and invoicing. A major focus will be developing expertise in Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and their integrations with other enterprise platforms. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, system enhancements, new product introductions, and continuous process improvement.
