Lead Consultant, AI Enablement

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Enablement professional to drive the integration, adoption, and development of AI-powered solutions across an international business environment. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, helping teams leverage emerging technologies to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with technology, product, research, consulting, and corporate teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and scale AI capabilities. Combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you will support AI product development, automation initiatives, and the evaluation of emerging tools. You will also play a key role in promoting responsible AI adoption through internal advisory, knowledge sharing, and employee upskilling.
