Executive Assistant-Marketing

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to provide executive and operational support to a Chief Marketing Officer within a growing IT vocational education organization. In this fully remote role, you will coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, oversee funnel and landing page quality assurance, and ensure projects move forward efficiently. You will act as a key operational partner, managing priorities, monitoring deliverables, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes. You will also leverage AI tools to build smarter workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, and increase team productivity. Working closely with internal teams and external contributors, you will help maintain high standards across marketing operations and communications.
