Associate Director, Information Security

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Information Security to lead global cybersecurity strategy, operations, and governance across a complex technology environment. In this senior leadership role, you will build and develop a high-performing security team while driving initiatives that protect enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and sensitive business information. You will define the cybersecurity roadmap, oversee risk management, and lead security operations, including threat detection and major incident response. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will strengthen security controls and ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements. You will also guide security technology investments, automation, and the responsible adoption of AI-assisted capabilities.
