Your New Role - Location: Argyle, TX 76226, serving Denton County and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Denton, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lantana, Keller, Northlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, and surrounding communities. - Perform residential and light-commercial electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. - Diagnose electrical problems, identify root causes, and provide reliable, long-term solutions. - Complete electrical panel upgrades, circuit repairs, wiring installations, outlet replacements, and lighting installations. - Troubleshoot and service generators and related electrical systems. - Identify electrical safety hazards and perform necessary corrections to meet applicable electrical codes. - Inspect electrical systems, troubleshoot circuit issues, and ensure all repairs and installations meet safety and quality standards. - Communicate clearly with homeowners and commercial customers, explaining electrical issues and recommended solutions. - Take ownership of assigned service calls, from initial diagnosis through final testing and cleanup. - Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow safe electrical work practices. - Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and team members to deliver dependable service throughout the DFW area. - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, approximately 6 weekends annually.
