Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The Senior Manager, People Operations owns the compliance, policy and operational backbone of our global People function as we prepare for and operate as a public company. You will lead special people projects, keep our people practices compliant through the pre-IPO and public-company transition, run immigration and global mobility, set global people policies and processes, and own the global People Operations ticketing system. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who works independently, solves ambiguous problems, and cares about getting the details right.
