Our client, a mission-driven, fast-growing cloud company has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring an attorney to serve as Counsel in their growing legal department. Reporting to a Deputy General Counsel, this attorney will be an early member of the company’s legal team. This attorney will support the company’s global operations and procurement functions, which include negotiating vendor and technology agreements, master purchase agreements, SaaS, software licenses, and other commercial, technology, and operational contracts. This attorney will have at least five years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
