Why CAST AI?
Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
Our Client Partners work closely with our existing customers to build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure increased adoption, quick value realization and long-term delight for each customer's journey. Account Managers will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling our existing and new solutions to their managed accounts and will be compensated accordingly based on these results.
Product Overview
Kimchi is Cast AI's governed AI coding platform - an autonomous coding agent, inference layer, and spend control in one. By intelligently routing tasks across more than 50 open-weight and frontier models, Kimchi helps engineering organizations scale AI-assisted development without losing control of cost, security, or data.
As agentic AI coding becomes core infrastructure, token costs multiply, spend limits are merely opt-in, and source code flows to external models with little governance. Kimchi solves this with smart model orchestration, real-time cost attribution and enforced budget caps, agent guardrails, and full data sovereignty - including self-hosted deployment for the most regulated environments.
About the Role
AI-assisted development is becoming organizational infrastructure, yet most enterprises lack visibility and control over AI coding costs, model usage, and source-code governance across their engineering teams. As the Regional Vice President of Sales for AMER (Kimchi), reporting directly to the SVP WW Sales of Kimchi, you will lead the dedicated commercial organization focused exclusively on expanding Kimchi's footprint across enterprise markets.
In this role, you will own the regional revenue target for Kimchi. You will recruit, build, and scale an elite team of Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle for Kimchi - from market creation and technical validation (POCs and benchmark-driven evaluations) to executive negotiation and deal closure.
Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Own and deliver the regional AMER revenue targets for Kimchi, maintaining rigorous accountability for bookings, pipeline growth, and forecast accuracy.
- Team Building & Talent Leadership: Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs specialized in selling Kimchi's AI optimization capabilities to enterprise decision-makers.
- Sales Methodology & Execution: Lead strict MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification discipline across all stages of the sales cycle, driving value-based deal strategy.
- Outbound Pipeline Generation: Drive proactive outbound strategies in partnership with SDR, Growth, and Product teams to build a robust Kimchi pipeline across engineering-led enterprise accounts.
- Executive Deal Sponsorship: Act as the executive sponsor on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, participating in high-impact customer calls and steering commercial negotiations.
- Customer & Buyer Alignment: Foster deep executive relationships with technical, security, and financial leaders (CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, Heads of Engineering, Platform Engineering leads, and CFOs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Kimchi Product Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and maximum ROI.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Shape regional territory strategy, account targeting, and AI-focused vertical playbooks to expand Kimchi's market share across the Americas.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Sales Leadership Experience: 5+ years of frontline sales leadership managing Enterprise AEs in B2B SaaS or AI infrastructure, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding regional revenue targets.
- Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in AI/ML infrastructure, AI coding or developer platforms, LLM cost optimization, or FinOps, selling directly to technical leaders (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Platform Engineering leads).
- Methodology & Operations: Expert execution of MEDDPICC/MEDDIC frameworks, with strong discipline in pipeline hygiene, deal qualification, and revenue forecasting.
- Scale-Up Acumen: Proven agility in high-growth, category-defining AI environments, with the capability to define sales playbooks from scratch.
- AI Product Go-To-Market Track Record: Demonstrated success launching and scaling novel AI software products, converting technical engagement and PLG usage into enterprise-wide deployments.
Benefits & Total Rewards
- Work Flexibility: Flexible, remote-first global operating environment.
- Equity Compensation: Meaningful equity options in a hyper-growth enterprise AI automation company.
- Professional Development: Dedicated learning and development budget, including sponsored access to leading industry conferences and specialized courses.
- Team & Culture: Team-building budgets and international company offsites and events.
- Home Office Setup: Dedicated hardware and equipment budget to ensure optimal productivity.
- Work-Life Balance: Additional paid days off and flexible time-off policies.
