Process Design & Automation Intern (Clinical Solutions)

Why this internship As Raidium deploys its AI-native viewer in more hospitals across Europe and the US, every radiologist and hospital IT team we work with needs fast, reliable answers. Your mission is to build the support function that makes this possible at scale: a structured, compliant process, smart automations and clear KPIs, so that every request is tracked and answered on time. You will join the Clinical Solutions team, the customer-facing team that deploys Raidium in hospitals and works with radiologists and hospital IT teams day to day. Building the support function is your main focus and internship deliverable, but you will be a full member of the team: taking part in its daily life, giving a hand on deployments and partner requests when needed, and helping improve our processes in general.
